Amanda Bybee

Ms. Bybee has worked in the solar industry since 2003. As coordinator of the Solar Austin Campaign, she helped establish the first solar rebate program in Texas in 2004. She then worked at solar installers Meridian Energy (2004-05) and Namasté Solar (2006-2017). Over her 11 years at NS, she collaborated with homeowners, businesses, and builders to integrate solar into their buildings, and became a strong advocate for employee-ownership, progressive business practices, B Corp certification, and cooperatives. She helped launch several cooperatives serving the solar industry, including Amicus Solar (www.amicussolar.com), Clean Energy Credit Union (www.cleanenergycu.org) and the Amicus O&M Cooperative (www.AmicusOM.com). She now serves the latter as its CEO and is committed to its mission “to ensure that solar PV fulfills its promise as a responsible and reliable energy source, for generations to come.” She obtained a BA in English and French from the University of Texas at Austin, and through solar, has found her “inner engineer.”

Andrea Luecke

Andrea has several clients including The Solar Foundation/Interstate Renewable Energy Council, and others. And remains very active with the Cleantech Leaders Roundtable and the Renewables Forward initiative.

Anthony Catachanas

Tony is a Managing Partner of Victory Hill Capital Partners LLP. He is responsible for business strategy, transaction negotiation, structuring and execution within the investment team.

Before Victory Hill, Tony was responsible for Business Strategy and Investment Solutions for EMEA and helped build and develop the real asset investment business of Asset Management One (AMO), the asset management arm of the Mizuho Financial Group. Anthony was also a founding principal of Mizuho's Energy Special Situations Group.

Tony is also co-founder and shareholder of structured credit market making and private capital advisory boutique, Nemera Capital Group Ltd. Prior to this he was a Partner and Head of GP & LP Relations at AlphaOne Partners LLP in their energy-focused private equity business. Tony also worked for Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director, where he was responsible for financial institutions strategy and other strategic relationships with institutional investors across Europe and the US.

Before Goldman Sachs, he worked in both equity and fixed income derivatives at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and ABN AMRO. He began his career at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, as a Statistics Research Analyst.

Prior to banking Anthony spent some time working in the Directorate for Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium, where he worked on the EuroMed Trade Agreement.

Tony holds a BA (Hons) in Management & Business Administration from Henley Business School, an MSc in Global Politics from University of Southampton (UK), and an MBA from the University of Cambridge. ​

He is a member of the UK CFA Institute.

Jim Spano

Mr. Spano is a Managing Partner of Spano Partner Holdings and a nationally recognized expert in solar development and finance. He has been instrumental in the development of over 300 megawatts of solar generation primarily in the Northeast United States. He is the founder and President of the New Jersey Solar Grid Supply Association (NJSGSA), Vice-President of the Mid Atlantic Solar and Storage Industry Association (MSSIA), on the board of the International Battery and Energy Storage Association (IBESA), a conference committee member of the Intersolar North America Conference, as well as numerous other industry positions.

John Powers

An energy economist and serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in consulting and technology development in energy markets, John has worked in energy efficiency, demand response, and renewables for most of his career. As CEO of Extensible Energy, he leads a stellar team of cleantech experts developing software solutions for solar, storage, and load flexibility applications. He has a BA in Economics from Reed College, and an MA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mona Dajani

Mona Dajani, qualified as a lawyer in the U.S., as a registered foreign lawyer in England and a licensed professional engineer, serves as a lead lawyer in complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and project development transactions involving energy and infrastructure facilities in the United States and around the world.
